A family of businesses
Finance, technology, people, production, events and fashion. Each business runs on its own; together they carry one name.
01 · The house
Like a family name, it walks into rooms before you do and stays after you leave.
Every business here stands on its own and answers for its own work. What they share is a standard, and a standard doesn’t bend to the size of a deal.
02 · Our companies
SP & SP Services is the parent company; White and Black Entertainment and Parasvi Events sit under it, with Sammara alongside.
Parent company
Finance · Technology · People
Dream. Plan. Achieve.
The parent company of the group: loan facilitation through partner banks and NBFCs, business partnerships, websites, apps and every kind of IT work, manpower, and events with artist booking.
Film · Music · Live
From first draft to final cut.
A production house for film, music and digital content, and home of the music imprint White and Black Music.
Events
Exclusive Events. Priceless Memories.
The team handles the whole arc of an event: venue selection, client and supplier coordination, logistics, budgets, risk planning and post-event reporting.

Eight capabilities, each delivered by the company built for it. Pick a row to go straight to the right door.

05 · Featured work
Music video · 2025 · Punjabi romantic thriller
Presented by Doss Music in association with White and Black Entertainment, ATHRU was the production house’s first title. It launched in Mumbai in November 2025 and passed five million YouTube views on 16 November.
06 · The founder
“Real growth happens in silence,
long before it’s noticed.”
The house began in 2020 with one company, White and Black Entertainment. Today there are four, working across finance and technology, production, events and fashion.
People ask what ties them together. It isn’t a logo on a letterhead. It is the way we work: we plan before we promise, and once we have promised, we deliver.
Most of that work happens out of sight. That suits us. If you are building something that deserves the same care, I would like to hear about it.

08 · How we work
We think it through first, so what we commit to is what we deliver.
Once we’ve said yes, the size of the deal doesn’t change what we do.
We’d rather earn trust quietly than make noise about it.
Judge us by what we deliver, not by what we say about it.
09 · Contact
One form reaches every company in the group. Tell us which one you need, or choose “Something else” and we’ll find the right home for it.
